In this academy players will learn how to create a professional training routine. Players will gain access to DJ Sackmann’s training app that they will be using daily.
All players will be completing an at home physical assessment, as well as a daily training routine straight from Dr Tommy John’s book, Minimize Injury, Maximize Performance. Players can expect to return to 5v5 basketball with increased skill, more confidence and a significant lower risk of injury.
Each week players will be presented with challenges and opportunities to develop their character and mindset. Players will be equipped with new perspectives and knowledge to help them understand what their personal values are.
The ultimate goal of this program is for players to create the daily habits that they can take with them for the rest of their basketball careers and beyond.

- Daily (M-F) Accountability Group Calls with Live Workouts
- Accountability Group Calls will include: Goal Setting, Creating and Maintaining a Daily Routine, and Building Positive Habits.
