Elite Level Basketball Skills Training
At New Age Hoops, fundamentals and knowledge of the game are our foundation. As players develop in their skill, it is crucial that their knowledge of the game grows along with them. Footwork, shooting mechanics, triple threat, passing, ball fakes, ball handling, finishing around the basket, defense, and understanding how to play effectively off the ball.

Founder / Head Trainer of New Age Hoops
Alex grew up in Berks County and played college basketball at the Division 3 level. After a college career littered with injuries and inconsistent confidence, Alex made it his mission to understand and learn how the mind works and to understand basketball and athletic development on a deeper level.
It became his passion to help as many players as possible avoid the mistakes he made as a young player and be the mentor he felt his younger self needed on and off the court.
Alex founded New Age Hoops in 2016 with a vision to provide players with the best opportunity to develop the Habits, Knowledge, and Skills to not only be successful on the basketball court but off as well.
